Appointment Policy

All services require a prior appointment. Walk-in clients will be accommodated only if time permits. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if the client is more than 20 minutes late.

Cancellation Policy

Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Academy Enrollment

Course enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the course fee. Batch seats are limited to 10 students. Fees paid are non-refundable after the course commences.

Service Results

While we strive to achieve the best possible results for every client, final results may vary based on individual skin types, hair conditions, and other personal factors.

Photos & Media

By visiting our studio, you consent to us photographing your service for our portfolio and social media, unless you explicitly inform us otherwise.

Payment Terms

Payment is expected at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, UPI, and online transfers. Course fees must be paid in full before the batch begins.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful to our staff or other clients.

Liability

Nandita's Makeup Studio Hair Academy Salon is not liable for any allergic reactions to products used in treatments. Please inform us of any known allergies before your appointment.
